It was reported to me by a Town Inspector that he observed two teen age females (approx-13-16, one Caucasian, one African-American) in bathing suits swimming in our pool during Spring Break. Upon seeing the inspector the girls jumped out of the pool and climbed the fence and ran across the common ground toward Max Court. Our fence has also been damaged where they climbed in and out of the pool enclosure.
This is not only dangerous because there are no life guards on duty but even more dangerous due to the fact that the chlorine levels were off the chart because the pool had just been acid washed and the pool was not ready to open.
According to our pool rules anyone who enters the pool area during a time when the pool is closed risks losing their pool privileges for the season. Parents please let your children know that sneaking a swim is very dangerous and may result in them being charged with trespassing as well losing their pool privileges.
