The next day to obtain pool passes will be Thursday June 14 from 6-7pm over at the pool. Every homeowner needs to complete an application - even if you are just renewing. Renewals are provided at no cost; new passes with photos are $10 each. Ten-punch guest passes are also $10 each.

A table will also be set up Saturday June 16 at noon. This will be the last pool pass day until further notice.

Just a reminder that our monthly HOA Board meeting is set for this Thursday, May 10 at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Leesburg PD "Community Room" at 65 Plaza Street.

Get there early to make sure you get a seat!

It was reported to me by a Town Inspector that he observed two teen age females (approx-13-16, one Caucasian, one African-American) in bathing suits swimming in our pool during Spring Break. Upon seeing the inspector the girls jumped out of the pool and climbed the fence and ran across the common ground toward Max Court. Our fence has also been damaged where they climbed in and out of the pool enclosure.

Monday night (April 23rd) at 7:00PM will be the April Community Watch meeting at the Leesburg Police Department. This will be an encore presentation of the same topics that were offered last month. The topics are Burglary Prevention for the home, Lock Bumping, and "Confessions of a Burglar" video.
